Arfon has mentored several of his Fire Safety colleagues before but would enjoy the opportunity to mentor someone relating to Health and Safety.
He finds mentoring rewarding and upon reflection, wishes it was a support service he could have accessed when new to the industry.
He is fully qualified and is currently a chartered member of IOSH.
