Cathy works at the University of Southampton where she leads a large team of specialist Advisors on Corporate Risk, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Wellbeing and Health & Safety. She is also the Chair of the Universities Safety & Health Association (USHA) and a Director of her own limited consultancy company.
As a specialist in the education and public sector markets, Cathy's passion has been abundant throughout her career – ‘Universities are like small cities and include everything from major construction to cutting edge scientific research, engineering, catering, accommodation, international travel and several thousand students so every working day is both challenging and rewarding’.
