Dean has practiced Health and Safety since 2007 when he started in the baking industry. He later moved on to work for other food manufacturing organisations and he is currently the Group Health and Safety Advisor for Lunar Group.
Dean has had experience in owning his own Safety Consultancy and is also currently a mentor involved in a school scheme as well as offering knowledge to a HSE professional in a similar industry to him.
