Heather Bryant
Heather is a highly experienced Health Safety Environment and Sustainability Director with demonstrated history of working in the construction industry as well as wide experience of other industry sectors and public sector.
She has a proven track record of leading challenging change and improvement programmes and delivering outstanding results. She is currently leading teams across Major Projects, Construction Services, Rail, Investments, Power, Gas & Water, Plant & Fleet, Occupational Health & Hygiene, Technical Training and Group. Skilled in Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, Risk Assessment, Behavioural Safety and Public Policy.
Heather joined Balfour Beatty in September 2014 as the HS&E Director and has been promoted since to Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Director. Prior to working at Balfour Beatty, she worked at the Health and Safety Executive.
