I am the Group HSE Director for DS Smith, a FTSE 100 Packaging Manufacturer. With 17 years’ experience in HSE, I place a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration and team interdependency to create safe and healthy working environments and cultures. My aim is to imbed HSE firmly with an organisation’s DNA – to ensure sustainable world-class results.
Why do I work within H&S? This is very simple for me – I am passionate about ensuring people go home healthy and safe.
