About you: I started out as an Occupational Hygienist at Rolls-Royce 27 years ago and I am now a Chartered Occupational Hygienist, Fellow and Registrar of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene in BOHS. I widened into HS&E as a whole and I am also a Chartered Safety Practitioner and Member of IOSH. I am Group HS&E Director at JCB and in addition to improving HS&E performance, I enjoy mentoring HS&E professionals and coaching senior managers.
Why I work in Safety: I get job satisfaction from making a difference and from the variety of activities and people to talk to about HS&E.
