Vicki Cutler
Health, Safety & Compliance Consultant
Vicki first became involved in safety after moving into a role incorporating health and safety within the Education sector back in 2001, she progressed her role and moved into the social housing sector a couple of years later as a dedicated H&S Advisor. She established her own consultancy in 2008 and has since worked with many social landlords across the UK.
She is proud to be a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and volunteers on both the IOSH Consultancy Group and IOSH Fire Risk Management Group committees; in addition she is a Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and a Chartered Manager (Member of the Chartered Management Institute).
She also voluntarily serves on the Board of a local housing association in Scotland, where she now lives.
Vicki specialises in health, safety and compliance within the social housing sector and has, for over 10 years, been the Lead Associate for SAFETYnet, the Excellence in Housing Health & Safety Network and an Associate of the Housing Quality Network. She understands the key issues that are specific to the sector; working with fellow professionals her aim is to make a difference and improve safety and compliance in the sector across the UK.
She has recently established Housing H&S Compliance UK Ltd, her second consultancy, which brings together a number of technical experts to provide bespoke health, safety & compliance consultancy support and training for the social housing sector.
